When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day! Orders placed after 3:00 PM or over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can always track your order.
When will my order be delivered?
For orders within the Netherlands, the expected delivery time is 1-3 business days, but unfortunately, it may sometimes take a bit longer. For other countries within Europe, longer delivery times may occur depending on the destination country.
Once the carrier has received your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can always track your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
For orders in the Netherlands and Belgium, we do not charge shipping costs for orders over €50 with our standard delivery service. For orders under €50, you pay €1.95 with the standard delivery service. If you choose premium delivery with UPS, you always pay €4.95.
Want to avoid shipping costs entirely, even for orders under €50? Use our free Click & Collect service! Select your nearest Zumo Store at checkout, and we will ensure your order is ready for pickup there.
For other countries within the EU, specific shipping costs apply per country. See the section "Do you also deliver abroad?" In some countries, you can also choose UPS delivery, which incurs additional shipping costs. These will be shown during checkout.
Can I also pick up my order at the Zumo Stores?
Yes, it is always possible (and free) to pick up your order at one of our Zumo Stores. Please select the store where you want to pick up the order during checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification from us.
How can I track my order?
When your order is received by the carrier, you will get a Track & Trace code via email. From that moment on, you can track the status of this delivery.

I received a preliminary Track&Trace, when will I get the final one?
Within 24 hours, your preliminary Track & Trace will be updated to a final Track & Trace. You will be notified by email.
