Choices for payment

Bank transfer

When ordering something you will receive a confirmation through e-mail which also serves as invoice. You will find the order number as well as our bank details on it. You may use these to transfer the invoice amount to our bank.

We accept all major credit cards.

Shipping & Handling 

International orders will be shipped using PostNL or UPS depending on the destination and the weight of the parcel.
Shipping cost is also depending on this. Please contact us for delivery charges applying.
(Orders will not be processed until the carriage charge has been agreed with the customer).
There are transaction costs calculated for the use of Afterpay.

Exchange

Whatever you buy though our Web-shop may be exchanged in one of our shops within 14 days after receipt on presentation of the original purchase invoice.
If you prefer so exchange can also be arranged through our Webshop. In that case you have to return the item on your cost within 14 days after receipt accompanied by the original purchase invoice. The item must be unused and in its original packing and with its original hangtags and labels. If you inform us about the size and colour of the item you want to replace it with, we will send you the new item free of charge.

Returning items 

As there is no possibility to examine or try on the items in advance of buying, items bought through our Web-shop may be returned.
In that case you have to return the item on your cost within 14 days after receipt accompanied by the original purchase invoice. The item must be unused and in its original packing and with its original hangtags and labels. Items that are washed will not be accepted and we will send the items back to you. Do not forget to mention all details of the account where the purchase sum must be transferred, we will then take care that the money will be refunded within 10 days after receipt of the return.

Returning items by mail are always at own costs. 

Attention: In our shops we do not refund money. For a money refund you need to leave the items behind in the Zumo store, our store employees will let our financial department know which items are returned so they can make a quick refund. Store employees may only exchange items for a voucher which can be used for future purchases. 

Returning items for free
Customers have the option of returning items purchased on the web-shop in our stores. There are no extra costs when returning items this way. Check out our store locator for a store in your area. Store Locators

In case you receive a damaged or wrong product we will change that without any cost for the right one. Freight charges caused will be on our account. In such case you will have to contact us within 2 days on: info@fittz.net
