When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day! Orders placed after 3:00 PM or over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can always track your order.

When will my order be delivered?

For orders within the Netherlands, the expected delivery time is 1-3 business days, but unfortunately, it may sometimes take a bit longer. For other countries within Europe, longer delivery times may occur depending on the destination country.

Once the carrier has received your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can always track your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs for your order per country.

The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
Standard delivery (DHL, DPD, PostNL or Bpost depending on the country):

€ 4.95 for orders up to € 50
Free shipping for orders over € 50

Additional options (where available):
– Pick up at a service point (NL, BE, DE)
– Evening delivery (NL only, DHL & PostNL): surcharge € 2.95

Denmark, France, Austria, Portugal and Spain
Standard shipping (DPD):
€ 4.95 for orders up to € 100
Free shipping for orders over € 100

Other EU countries

Can I also pick up my order at the Zumo Stores?

Yes, it is always possible (and free) to pick up your order at one of our Zumo Stores. Please select the store where you want to pick up the order during checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification from us.

How can I track my order?

When your order is received by the carrier, you will get a Track & Trace code via email. From that moment on, you can track the status of this delivery.

Within 24 hours, your preliminary Track & Trace will be updated to a final Track & Trace. You will be notified by email.
