For orders from €75 shipping is free of charge, for orders below €75 we charge € 4.95.

We deliver from multiple warehouses if you order more than one item. It can happen that part of the order is delivered with a maximum of 3 working days delay. We will pay for any extra shipping costs in such a case.
Home address, pick up points. When not at home, the package is delivered to the nearest pick-up point.
Whatever you buy through our Webshop may be exchanged for free in one of our shops within 14 days after receipt on presentation of the original purchase invoice.
If you prefer so exchange can also be arranged through our Webshop. In that case you have to return the item at own cost within 14 days after receipt accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
The item must be unused and in its original packing and with its original hangtags and labels. If you inform us about the size and colour of the item you want to replace it with, we will send you the new item free of charge.
As there is no possibility to examine or try on the items in advance of buying, items bought through our Webshop may be returned.
In that case you have to return the item on your cost within 14 days after receipt accompanied by the original purchase invoice. The item must be unused and in its original packing and with its original hangtags and labels.
Do not forget to mention all details of the account where the purchase sum must be transferred, we will then take care that the money will be refunded within 10 days after receipt of the return.
Please be informed that we will refund the purchase price and freight charges when you return the complete order. The freight charges will only be refunded when your order is under the amount of €99. Above €99 shipping is always for free at zumo. This does not include return items through the post. Returning items through the post are always at own expense. Returning items back to us can be done with any parcel shipper in the world.
Attention: In our shops we do not physically return money, we may only exchange for a voucher which can be used for future purchases.
Returning weborder items in our shops for a money refund is possible. The shop manager will inform headquarters which items are left behind, we will then transfer the money back to your account within 1 - 2 working days.
Returns during the extra cash register discount period, that bring the order amount below the amount necessary to claim the specified discounts, will be settled with the returned products.
In case you receive a damaged or wrong product we will change that without any cost for the right one. Freight charges caused will be on our account. In such case you please contact us within 2 days on: [email protected]. We will then respond to your complaint within 1 to 2 business days.
For complaints not related to a product, a mail can also be sent to the e-mail address above.
If you disagree with the solution or when we cannot work it out together, you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
