Shipping to a Dutch or Belgium address
For orders from €50 shipping is free of charge, for orders below €50 we charge € 4.95.
From € 50 with Budbee for free.
From € 50 with UPS € 1,95.
Shipping to other countries
Price on request.
Carriers
Orders within the Netherlands or Belgium can be sent with Budbee. The other option is UPS. For more information about delivery with Budbee, please read https://budbee.com/en/customer-service/ .
Track and Trace
Your order will leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 workdays. At the moment of leaving, you will receive an automatic Email with a Track and Trace link. Did you not receive your tracking link within 3 workdays? Please contact our customer service via [email protected] or 085 773 1037
Partial deliveries
We deliver from multiple warehouses if you order more than one item. It can happen that part of the order is delivered with a maximum of 5 working days delay. We will pay for any extra shipping costs in such a case.
Delivery Possibility
Home address, pick up points and Zumo stores. For Budbee deliveries: Budbee delivers in the Netherlands and Belgium between 5 pm and 10 pm. Download the Budbee app and track your order or change your time of delivery easily. Prefer not to download the app? Please keep an eye on your phone for updates. Budbee tries to deliver your order for a maximum of two times. After this, the order will be returned to our warehouse automatically. Did you choose UPS and were you not able to open the door? Then the package will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point.
Returns
Weborders can be returned in one of our stores within 14 days. We request to take with you your return slip all filled in. Our style advisors will help you further with settling the return.
In Belgium, orders can be returned for free in Zumo Store Antwerpen.
Do you prefer sending your return back by post, then this is possible within 14 days with a carrier of choice. Pay attention: this delivery is at your own cost. We ask you to please add your package slip to your return. For customers from Belgium, there is a Belgian return address: Zumo Store, Kammenstraat 37, 2000 Antwerp
If you disagree with the solution or when we cannot work it out together, you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
